Treatment Guidelines

To ensure your pest control treatment delivers the best results, please follow these simple steps:

Before Treatment

  • Mop or vacuum floors to create a clean surface for the treatment to bond effectively.

  • Complete any major cleaning (e.g. window washing, pressure washing, or outdoor cleaning) before your scheduled service.

After Treatment

  • Avoid mopping or scrubbing along skirting boards and wall edges for 7–10 days.

  • You can clean main floor areas as usual after 48 hours.

  • If using a robot mop or vacuum, set it to avoid wall edges.

  • For best results, wait 4–5 weeks before requesting a follow-up unless heavy pest activity continues.

  • Maintaining the treated perimeter helps preserve a protective barrier lasting 30–90 days.

Pest Control Warranty & Treatment Guidelines

At Pest Guard Pro, we take pride in delivering long-lasting pest control solutions with reliable results. To help you get the best from your service, please review our warranty terms and treatment guidelines below.

1. Warranty Period

Our warranty coverage is divided into two parts:

  • Internal Treatments: 6 months from the date of your initial service.

  • External Treatments: 3 months from the date of your initial service.

(Unless otherwise specified in your service report.)

This warranty applies only to the specific pest(s) and areas treated during your original service.

 


 

2. Warranty Coverage

If pest activity reoccurs within the warranty period under normal conditions, Pest Guard Pro will provide one (1) free re-treatment of the affected area.

 


 

3. Warranty Conditions

Your warranty remains valid only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • Full payment for the service has been received.

  • All treatment preparation and post-treatment instructions from Pest Guard Pro have been followed.

  • Treated areas have not been disturbed, renovated, or altered since the service.

  • No new pest sources (e.g. food waste, leaks, or unsealed entry points) are present.

  • No other pest control chemicals, DIY sprays, or external pest services have been used in the treated areas.

  • Re-treatments can only be booked during the weekdays.

 


 

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Pests not included in the original service scope.
    (Subject to accessibility; excluding huntsman spiders and white-tailed spiders.)

  • Reinfestations caused by poor hygiene, unsealed gaps, or pest activity from neighbouring properties.

  • Pest issues resulting from renovations, cleaning, or extreme weather events.

  • Rodents, termites, bed bugs, or birds (unless specifically noted in writing).

  • Environmental factors such as overgrown vegetation, rubbish buildup, or new structural cracks.

 


 

5. Warranty Service Requests

If you notice pest activity during your warranty period:

  1. Contact Pest Guard Pro within 7 days of noticing the issue.

  2. A technician will inspect the affected area to determine if it qualifies for a free re-treatment.

  3. If the issue is unrelated or caused by new conditions, additional service charges may apply.

 


 

6. Limitation of Liability

Pest Guard Pro’s liability is limited to one (1) free re-treatment of the affected area.
We are not responsible for:

  • Secondary damage or loss caused by pest activity.

  • Health concerns, contamination, or property damage resulting from pest presence after the initial treatment.

 


 

7. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original client and property listed on the invoice.
