Clear room perimeters, ensuring technicians can apply a continuous spray barrier.

Remove floor items stored along walls (boxes, shoes, toys, pet beds, etc.).

Secure pets away from treatment areas during the service.

Allow access to cupboards under sinks for inspection and treatment if required.
Keep external property perimeters clear from obstacles (pot plants, storage items, garden tools, waste bins, vehicles, and other obstructions).
This ensures our technicians can treat fence lines, walls, and entry points effectively and safely.
Treatment effectiveness and warranty coverage may be affected if our technicians are unable to access internal or external property perimeters or apply the required spray barrier.

Avoid mopping or scrubbing along skirting boards and wall edges for 7–10 days.

You can clean main floor areas as usual after 48 hours.

If using a robot mop or vacuum, set it to avoid wall edges.

For best results, wait 4–5 weeks before requesting a follow-up unless heavy pest activity continues.

Maintaining the treated perimeter helps preserve a protective barrier lasting up to 90 days.
